Installing TeleNav on your BlackBerry smartphone

From your mobile device main screen, start the BlackBerry browser.
After the browser registers, click the trackball, and select t Go to...
Enter the following URL (without the www.) http://ota.telenav.com/ota/europe, and then OK.
Downloading takes 2-5 minutes depending on your network speed.

Registration
After the download is complete, find the TeleNav icon on your device Desktop or in the "Downloads" folder, highlight it and press the Trackball;
Wait for the application to open;
Make a language selection;
Read the product description and press the Trackball to continue;
Read the license agreement and press the Trackball to continue;
If your mobile phone number is not already recognised, enter it in the international format, e.g.:
UK: 447967891243 (without the 00)
Germany: 491267891243
Spain: 34625825365
Pick a 4-digit PIN number you will remember and enter it.
Then enter your ACTIVATION Code (mailed to you from us when your order is made)

Google G1 Smartphone

Installing TeleNav on your G1 phone:

If you open this email using your handset then just click on this link: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/europe to start the download process. When download is complete you will automatically be taken to the Download History. Just click on the last downloaded file called TN55-EU-G1 to open it. Click on Install. Then go to Registration steps

For the manual process please follow the steps below:

- From your G1 main screen start the Internet Browser.
- Press the Menu button and select Go.
- Enter the following URL http://ota.telenav.com/ota/europe, and then OK or Enter.
- When download is complete you will automatically be taken to the Download History. Just click on the last downloaded file called TN55-EU-G1 to open it.
- Click on Install.

Registration

- When installation is complete you will be presented with two choices: Open or Done. Select Open.

If you select Done you will not be able to do the Registration there, however you can go to Setting/Application/Manage Application and select Telenav GPS Navigator from the list to continue the Registration.

- Make a language selection from the list;
- Read the Terms and Conditions and press Accept to continue to LOGIN;
- At the LOGIN screen enter your telephone number in the international format like: 447967891243 (no leading zeros);
- Pick a 4-digit PIN number you will remember and enter it. If you already have an account, please enter the PIN code you created the first time.
- No Activation Code is required for the Free Trial or for transferring a non-expired account to a new handset. Just press the Trackball to proceed.

Otherwise, enter the 16 digit code without any spaces then press the Trackball to login.

Symbian / WinMobile / Palm

Installing TeleNav on any of the above

Download
-In the Internet Explorer enter the following URL: http://ota.telenav.com/ota/europe then press OK/ENTER. Make sure you delete “WWW.” before entering the URL;
-Select Yes, to confirm you want to download;
- Once the download is complete, you will be asked to select a location in which TeleNav application will be stored;
-Select Device
-Tap Install from the soft menu bar;
-Restart the device, when prompted, in order to complete installation.

Once the installation is complete, and you have restarted your handheld:

- Go to Programs on the Start Menu
- Scroll down to and select TeleNav GPS Navigator
- Make a language selection from the list;
- Read the Terms and Conditions and press Accept to continue to LOGIN;
- Enter your telephone number in the international format like: 447967891243 (no leading zeros or +);
- Pick a 4-digit PIN number you will remember, and enter it. If you already have an account, please enter the PIN code you created the first time.
- No Activation Code is required for Free Trial, so leave this field blank. This also applies to non-expired accounts being transferred to a new device. Otherwise enter the 16 digit code without any spaces then press Login.
